Hello! I'm Jan and this is my cat Cuddles. Before I got into this business I ordered a cat tree for my cats. It looked really pretty on the web page and I paid $145 for it. When I got it I discovered the posts were all hard cardboard and there were gaps in the seams leaving them to gradually ravel out with use. Not wanting to have to repack something that big and heavy, I kept it but was very unhappy. Another time I ordered a scratching post. Well, that turned out to be very sloppy workmanship and materials. My cats looked at it and I could almost see them laugh. They never touched the wobbly thing. This is why I am very careful about the quality of the merchandise I sell. Poor workmanship is not tolerated so I only carry products made by reputable manufacturers. I have purchased many of them myself to be sure they are what they say they are. Since my house doesn't have room for everything I sell I depend on my customers to let me know how they like their product after they receive it. I started out selling just products for cats. Then I had so many requests for tiny dog items that I started adding them. My tiny dog customers are wonderful and I love communicating with them. Being a skeptic myself, I've used every precaution to protect your credit card information (even I don't receive it, only my merchant bank and your credit card company). My two cats are my best customers. They want everything (and they almost have it). I absolutely love this business, especially because I get to talk to so many other pet lovers. I like helping them find just the right item, and if I don't sell it I try to find it for them. I love getting pictures of their little dogs and cats. I love searching for good products. I love it all (even the headaches). My cats are treated like humans and I want them to have the best of everything. They enjoy being my testers so much that everytime I get a package they think it's for them (and most of the time it is)!
